Gayle set the stage on fire with a swashbuckling inning before he was caught by Virat Kohli from the bowling of Khaleel Ahmed in the 12th over. But, right from when he slammed Mohammed Shami out of the park in the second over of the innings, Gayle looked prepared for a final showdown. His first boundary (a six) came from a free-hit and Gayle went on to smash 4 more sixes and 8 fours. The 39-year-old scored almost 90% of his run in boundaries giving the possible the final taste of his boundary fest in his final ODI innings. India vs West Indies Live Cricket Score of 3rd ODI 2019 Match.

He with Evin Lewis (43) smashed the Indian bowlers all over the park. The opening pair slammed as many as 21 boundaries, 8 of which were sixes.

Gayle of late had been in poor form and only managed to score 4 & 21 in the opening two ODI games but signed off with a devastating inning just something he will always be remembered for.
