Cricket Australia announce national performance squad for India tour

Melbourne, Aug 5: Cricket Australia on Monday named its national performance squad that will work alongside Test legend Glenn McGrath in his role as director of the MRF Pace Foundation in Chennai. The squad, which will have a pre-tour camp at the Bupa National Cricket Centre in Brisbane next week, will play three one-day games and three T20 matches against MRF Academy teams between August 10-28. Cricket Australia Revamps Domestic 50-Over Competition Structure for 2019–20 Season

Former Test opener Chris Rogers will be the head coach for the tour while former first-class cricketer Craig Howard will help Rogers as an assistant coach.
