Australia is on the verge of losing the fourth Test at the Sydney Cricket Ground. As a result, India would be sealing the four-match Test series. This would be the first time that India would be winning a Test series on the Australian soil. Tim Paine mentioned that the pitches were too flat. More than 600 runs were conceded in the first innings at the SCG that pushed them on the backfoot. Michael Vaughan and Harbhajan Singh lambasted the Australian captain. Kuldeep Yadav Snaps Maiden Fifer in Australia During Sydney Test; Shane Warne, Harbhajan Singh, Suresh Raina & Others Hail the Feat.

The former Australian player said that the highest score of the Aussies in the series was 326 runs in Perth. With favouring conditions, they even went on to win the Test match and thereby made a comeback in the series. Vaughan via a tweet went on to slam the cricketers who complained about pitches being flat. The former Australian player took to Twitter and wrote, “You can’t be mentioning the pitches being too flat when the highest score your Team has got in the series is 326 ... #AUSvIND.”

Harbhajan Sigh also replied to Vaughan’s comments and wrote,” They should be thankful for pitches being flat otherwise indian bowlers would have got them out every time below 175/200 it’s time for Aust cricket to look after their domestic cricket and infrastructure   to bring back those golden days of australian cricket. #findtalent.”

Talking about the match, the Indian team dominated the game right from the start of the fourth test. It was Cheteshwar Pujara who scored 193 runs, Rishabh Pant made 159 not out. Kuldeep Yadav snapped his maiden five wickets on the Australian soil.
