Team India won the game against Pakistan by 8 wickets yesterday at the Group A contest of the Asia Cup 2018. On one hand, where India displayed an all-around performance with the whole team playing as a unit, Pakistan on the other hand, looked quite haphazard and out of place. Shoaib Malik (43) and Babar Azam (47) were the only ones who could actually score for the team. They kept losing wickets at regular intervals and looked out of controlled. The team looked rattled with the plans executed by the Indian plans. Bhuvneshwar Kumar Cuts Cake With a Sword After Team India Defeats Pakistan

Mickey Arthur slammed the Pakistani team for looking like a dismantled unit and criticised the batting and the bowling of the team. He went on to slam Imam-ul-Haq and said that he should have shouldered the responsibility of his hitting. “I think [it was] the pressure that told on Imam. As I said, out of his role, he had 2 off 8 balls or whatever, but Fakhar had just faced a maiden. So he tried to have a go, he tried to hit the ball that's not in his area. If he comes down, he's going to be going extra cover, not mid-wicket, so yes I do think there was a little bit of pressure," he said. India beat Pakistan by 8 wickets.

He even slammed the bowlers for not striking early and said that they stayed away from the plans. According to him, the bowlers should have bowled length deliveries and should have hit the top of off stump.

Even Wasim Akram was not impressed with the way Pakistan performed. As per the former pacer of Pakistan, the team had no plans and looked flabbergasted. Akram also said that the team should have stayed away from phones and social media ahead of the crucial game. “They should have signed off and kept their phones away but today's boys cannot breathe without social media. If they had to speak to their families, they could ask them to call in their rooms,” he said.Check out the schedule for Asia Cup 2018 Super 4.
