The 28-year-old achieved the milestone in 139 innings, which is three more than Kohli. Amla had reached the landmark in his 126th ODI match and 123 innings. Kohli had played 144 games, while Williamson was playing his 146th game when he completed the feat. He is also the fastest New Zealand cricketer to have reached the landmark overtaking Martin Guptill, who took 157 innings to reach the figure. Williamson reached the landmark in the second delivery of the 25th over in the New Zealand innings. He nudged a Glenn Maxwell delivery towards cover to reach the feat. Ross Taylor leads the scoring list with 8259 runs, while Stephen Fleming is second at 8007 runs from 279 matches.
