KKR played their Vivo IPL 2019 first match this past Sunday on March 24 against SRH. SRH posted a total of 181/3 batting first, which was chased down by KKR in 19.4 overs. Andre Russell proved in the previous game why he is known as 'Muscle Russell', as he played a vital knock of 49 off 19 deliveries to help KKR gain two points. Even KKR batsman Nitish Rana gave a good solid base to their inning by scoring 68 from 47 deliveries.

KKR will be playing Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) in the match no 6 of IPL season 12 on March 27. KKR will eye on moving top of the point table by registering the win against Punjab. It will be interesting to see two team battle which has immensely talented players.
