Former Indian Test cricketer Wasim Jaffer became the first player to play 150 Ranji Trophy matches. The 41-year-old batsman achieved the feat on the day one of the Ranji Trophy 2019-20 match between Vidarbha and Andhra Pradesh at the Devineni Venkata Ramana Praneetha Ground in Vijayawada. Live Cricket Streaming of Ranji Trophy 2019-20 on Hotstar and Star Sports: Check Live Cricket Score, Watch Free Telecast of India's Domestic Tournament on TV and Online.

Jaffer joined Vidarbha in the 2015-16 season after parting ways with the Mumbai side. The veteran played for Mumbai for 18 years and won eight Ranji Trophy titles. Jaffer’s tryst with Ranji Trophy title didn’t end after leaving Mumbai as he won two (2017-18 and 2018-19) titles with the new side. He, however, missed the 2016-17 Ranji Trophy season due to knee injury. The senior batsman was instrumental in helping Vidarbha defend their title successfully last year as he scored 1037 runs, including four centuries, at an average of 69.13 in 11 matches. Snake Invades Pitch During Andhra Pradesh vs Vidarbha Ranji Trophy 2019-20 Match, Watch Viral Video.
