Dhawan returned into the Indian team after facing an injury in World Cup 2019. However, the left-handed batsman has not been able to come up with a decent performance so far. He has scored only 29 matches in the West Indies tour so far, which includes three T20s and 1 ODI match. Iyer, on the other hand, smashed 71 runs in the first match he played. His knock, along with Virat Kohli’s 120, helped India to reach 279-7 in 50 overs in the second ODI. India will play the third and the last ODI against West Indies on Wednesday, August 14. The match will be played at Port of Spain in Trinidad.
