It seems to be a very good day for the Indian opener Shikhar Dhawan. After a poor start in the CWC 2019 against South Africa, the Indian opener breaks all the shackles and scores a century against Australia at The Oval during the tie against Australia. Shikhar Dhawan took 96 balls to reach the 100 run mark. Dhawan laced the innings with  13 fours and no sixes. This is his fourth century in England and 17th ODI century scored in his overall career. Sachin Tendulkar and Rohit Sharma have scored three ODI centuries in England for India.  This is Dhawan's third 100 at The Oval and the Indian opener enjoys a striking average of 64.69 runs in England. Currently, Dhawan is batting alongside Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli. The opener got out on the score of 8 runs from 12 balls in the first tie against South Africa, which was held at the Rose Bowl Cricket Stadium in Southampton. After winning the toss, India elected to bat first. Rohit Sharma who got past the 2000 run mark against Australia gave a blistering start to the team alongside Shikhar Dhawan.
