Lakshya Raichandani will lead the India U19 side in the three One-Day matches, while Yashbardhan Chauhan has been named his deputy. Chauhan, however, will take over captaincy duties for the two subsequent multi-day fixtures, with Raichandani serving as his vice-captain in the longer format.
Squad Details and Notable Selections
Anvay Dravid, a wicketkeeper-batter, makes his entry into the U19 setup after an impressive outing on India U19's tour of Sri Lanka in July, where he accumulated 101 runs in two 50-over games, including a top score of 87 off 67 deliveries. His father, Rahul Dravid, currently 53, is renowned as 'The Wall' of Indian cricket.
Aaryavir Sehwag, a right-handed batter, is another exciting inclusion. The son of the explosive former opener Virender Sehwag, aged 48, Aaryavir recently featured for the West Delhi Lions in the Delhi Premier League 2026.
