Amidst the Anti-CAA protests, it was the daughter of Sourav Ganguly, Sana who commented on the same. She took to social media on Tuesday and shared the excerpt from "The End of India" by Khushwant Singh. Her Instagram story read that "every fascist regime needs communities and groups it can demonise in order to thrive". The post further said that if no action is taken today the next target would be women who wear skirts, people who eat meat, drink liquor, watch foreign films, among others. Now, Ganguly took to social media and asked the media to keep her away from controversies as she is too young to understand anything in politics. Sana Ganguly, Daughter of BCCI Chief Sourav Ganguly, Shares Excerpt From Khushwant Singh's ‘The End of India’ on Instagram Story Amid Anti-CAA Protests, Gets Praise From Netizens.

“Please keep Sana out of all this issues .. this post is not true .. she is too young a girl to know about anything in politics,” Ganguly said in a Twitter post on Wednesday night. Sana Ganguly turned 18 last month in November and the little one was applauded on social media. “BCCI President @SGanguly99's daughter Sana Ganguly just won my heart by this post. Incredible maturity from an 18-year-old,” read the tweet by a netizen.

Her post comes in after there are violent protests in the country at several places including Delhi, West Bengal and Uttar Pradesh. About five people have died in Assam due to the violence.
