The performance of the Indian cricket team has been extremely disappointing in the five-match test series.  The team lost the test match in Edgbaston by 31 runs and the second test match at Lord’s, India lost by an inning 159 runs. This has surely angered the fans and they are letting go off no opportunity to vent out their frustration on the players. Hardik Pandya was subjected to the heat from the fans after he posted a picture of himself donning a hat on the streets of England. Trolls asked him to focus on cricket rather than posting pictures on Instagram.

The all-rounder yesterday posted a picture of himself posing for the camera on a travel day. Little did he know that the angry fans would lash out at him. The all-rounder has so far not had a great time in England. Looking at his performance the netizens slammed him and called him shameless to be fooling around. Check out the post below:

Sunil Gavaskar slammed India’s delay in the departure for Nottingham. "I can understand they have taken the day off today.. they are still licking the wounds of the defeat at Lord's but they should have been planning to leave for Nottingham after today which would have been the last day of the Lord's Test and practice from tomorrow," he told a leading media group.

On the other hand, Sandeep Patil wrote in a column for Quint and slammed Team India. “We all clearly remember captain Virat Kohli and coach Ravi Shastri's joint press conference before leaving for the tour of England earlier this summer. One bold statement stood out, "We have enough days to acclimatise in England and we are going to enjoy coffee. Seeing the performance of the Indian team in the first two Tests so far, the team really seems to have taken their skipper's statement seriously - they are truly only enjoying the coffee in English conditions,” he wrote.
