Sachin Tendulkar made his debut for the Indian cricket team on November 15, 1989! The Master Blaster received praise and tributes on his glorious career from all quarters. Virat Kohli wasn’t left behind either! The current captain of the Indian cricket team took to his official Instagram account to express his heartfelt wishes for the ‘Greatest of All Times’.

While expressing his joy over the momentous day, Kohli thanked Sachin Tendulkar for all the memories. Kohli also played down the comparisons between Sachin Tendulkar and himself in his emotional post!

On his Instagram account, Virat Kohli wrote, “The first day my cricketing inspiration started playing for our country. I was lucky enough to play with him and to be part of his farewell game which was nothing short of magical. To be compared to him is nothing short of embarrassing.
