Virender Sehwag:

The ICJ vote of 15-1 upheld India’s claim that Pakistan had violated the Vienna Convention quite a lot of times on Consular Relations. With this, India has further urged Pakistan to provide consular access for Jadhav. The ICJ is quite satisfied with the shreds of evidence of the claims that Kulbhushan is an Indian.
