He also blamed heavy workload as a reason for Virat Kohli and boys dropped few crucial catches during India vs West Indies 1st T20I 2019. Twitter agreed with the Punjab-born former cricketer Yuvraj Singh. Some Twitter users also missed Yuvi’s presence in the Indian team. The left-handed batsman Yuvraj Singh tweeted on his official Twitter account. “India very poor on the field today ! Young guns reacting a bit late on the ball! Too much cricket ? ? Let’s get these runs come on lads”. Yuvraj wrote after Shivam Dube, Rohit Sharma and Washington dropped few catches during the match. Along with pointing out Indian players dropping catches, Yuvraj also cheered for the Indian team to win the match. Meanwhile, West Indies cricketers Evin Lewis (40), Brandon King (31), Shimron Hetmyer (56), Kieron Pollard (37) and Jason Holder (24*) played quick-fire knocks to take West Indies to a massive total in 1st innings. Indian openers also replied with brilliant batting in IND vs WI 1st T20I 2019. After the end of 9 overs, Lokesh Rahul is unbeaten at 40* while Virat Kohli is unbeaten at 18* runs.

Earlier, Indian skipper Virat Kohli won the toss and elected to bowl. The India vs West Indies 2019 Series comprises of three T20Is and three ODIs. The 2nd T20I will be played at Thiruvananthapuram while the third and the final T20I will be played at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
