Juventus yesterday went on to beat Fiorentina by 2-1 and picked up the Serie A 2019 title. This is Ronaldo’s second trophy for Juventus after the team won the Supercoppa earlier this season. With this, he went on to become the first player to win Premier League, La Liga, and Serie A and thereby went on to register their eighth straight wins the tournament. CR7 scored 19 goals this season and become the fourth highest goalscorer of Serie A. The official account of FIFA highlighted Ronaldo’s feat. “@Cristiano is the first player to win the @premierleague, @LaLigaEN & @SerieA after lifting the title with @juventusfcen,” read the tweet by FIFA.  CR7 won the Premier League thrice when he was with Manchester United. The Red Devils won the Premier league title in 2006/07, 2007/08 and 2008/09. During CR7’s stint with Real Madrid, he won the La Liga title in 2011/12 and 2016/17 season.

'I feel happiness and joy because this team deserved to win the title because we were the best team this season. 'You can't always win, we tried everything we could but only one team can win the Champions League,” said Ronaldo after winning the title. Talking about the match, Alex Sandro and German Pezzella were the ones to score the goals for Juventus.
