Real Madrid have signed 21-year-old striker Luka Jovic from Bundesliga outfit Eintracht Frankfurt for €60 million, said reports on Sunday.

The Serbian striker, who was initially brought on loan to Germany from Benfica, scored 10 goals in Frankfurt’s sensational run in the Europa League where they were only knocked out in Penalties against Chelsea.

Madrid will officially announce the signing next week after the Bundesliga domestic season has ended, claimed Spanish newspaper AS. IN his two seasons at Frankfurt, Jovic has scored 36 goals in just 53 matches. Frankfurt had, exactly a month ago, exercised a clause in the striker’s loan agreement to make the move permanent.
