David Luiz to Arsenal – The Chelsea defender is being heavily linked to London rivals Arsenal who are short at the back. The departure of skipper Laurent Koscielny has prompted Unai Emery to get in a replacement for the Frenchman before the season starts. Despite David Luiz being injury-prone and inconsistent, the Gunners think he is a good buy.

Ryan Sessegnon to Tottenham Hotspur – Left-back Ryan Sessegnon is certain to join Tottenham Hotspur for a fee around 25 million pounds. The attacking full-back is an excellent addition to the team considering he is only 19 and had years of top-flight football ahead of himself.

Bruno Fernandes to Manchester United – The Portuguese midfielder is still being linked to a move to Manchester United with a fee around 70 million pounds. There are rumours his representatives will meet Ed Woodward in London to finalise a deal which will be a massive boost for the Red Devils. A failure to land a top-quality attacking player is certain to disgruntle United fans.

Kieran Tierney to Arsenal – Scottish left-back Kieran Tierney did not play in Celtic’s last game against CFR Cluj and is expected to travel to London to complete his dream move to Arsenal. The talented youngster is blessed with tremendous pace and excellent crossing abilities which should win him instant admirers at the Emirates.

Alex Iwobi to Everton – The arrival of Nicolas Pepe has left Alex Iwobi with little future at Arsenal, and that could see him to Merseyside with Everton. Everton have bid in the area of 30 million pounds but need to raise their offer if they are to acquire the services of the Nigerian winger. Unai Emery may not want to let go of the player easily who could be an excellent backup option.

Giovani Lo Celso to Tottenham Hotspur – The most significant transfer of all with Tottenham Hotspur confident, Argentine midfielder Giovani Lo Celso will move to the club with a fee around 55 million pounds. If the deal goes through, Tottenham Hotspur are certain to have one of the best squads in the league and should push for all the major titles.

These are some of the big names that could make a move on the deadline day but it all depends on how the players’ managers and club chalk out deals in a relatively short span of time. It should be a massive 24 hours in the transfer window for these teams.
