The Ethereum Foundation stated that these job cuts are intended to make the organisation leaner and more concentrated on its long-term objectives. As part of this transition, the Foundation has reorganised its operations into five distinct work clusters. Ethereum Foundation Leadership Changes
This restructuring arrives amidst a period of significant leadership turnover within the organisation. Earlier this month, co-executive director Hsiao-Wei Wang stepped down, following the departure of fellow co-executive director Tomasz Stańczak.
