The Solo platform, available on Google Play and App Store, functions as an autonomous AI business team, featuring two primary digital teammates: Tara, who oversees marketing activities, and Ved, who manages sales and customer support. Users can initiate the service by connecting their website or Instagram account, or by uploading product images. Scaling AI for Small Businesses
Jio Haptik plans to reach more than two million solopreneurs and small businesses across India over the next three years. As per a report by Economic Times, more than 10,000 businesses have already been onboarded during the platform's early access phase. The solution is currently available on Android and iOS devices, offering both a free tier and premium subscriptions starting at INR 2,000 per month.
