Motorola Moto E6S Smartphone, Moto Smart TV Launching Today in India; Watch LIVE Streaming of Motorola's Launch Event

Motorola is all set to introduce two new products in the Indian market today. The Lenovo-owned tech company will be launching the new Moto E6S smartphone and a Moto Smart TV at an event, which is scheduled to commence at 12PM IST onwards. As a reminder, the company unveiled the new Moto E6 Plus smartphone at IFA 2019 that is expected to be rebadged as Moto E6S for the Indian market. The main highlights of the smartphone are dual rear camera setup, 4GB of RAM, up to 512GB expandable storage. The smartphone is expected to go on sale via Flipkart immediately after the launch event. Apart from the smartphone, the company will also be launching a brand new Moto Smart TV at the event. Moto E6S Smartphone With Dual Rear Camera To Be Launched in India On September 16.

The company will be live streaming the launch event straight from the venue. The fans can watch the live broadcast on Motorola India's official YouTube channel. The company is also expected to bring launch updates on official Twitter account and Facebook handle. The launch event will be held in New Delhi.

On the specification front, the new Moto ES6 smartphone comes with a 6.1-inch HD+ display with 720X1560 pixels. The handset will be powered by an octa-core chipset - MediaTek Helio P22 SoC. The chipset will be paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. In the camera department, the phone will sport dual cameras at the rear comprising of 13MP primary shooter and 2MP secondary lens with depth sensor. At the front, there will be an 8MP selfie camera with an aperture of f/2.0.

The onboard storage of 64GB can be expanded up to 512GB via microSD card. The smartphone will also sport a rear fingerprint sensor for security. The new Moto E6S will be backed by a 3,000mAh battery. As far as the pricing is concerned, we can expect an aggressive price tag on the smartphone. As the smartphone is priced at EUR 139 (around Rs 11,000) in Latin America, we can expect a similar price tag for the smartphone in India.
