Facility Consolidation and Relocation Plans

Sources added that workforce movements extend beyond Brigade Bhuwalka.

Personnel from the Victor, Anchor, and Pioneer buildings at International Tech Park Bengaluru (ITPB) in Whitefield, as well as select staff from the Electronics City campus, are also being transitioned to the Yeshwanthpur hub. Under the lease terms, the company committed to a monthly rent of INR 15.37 crore - translating to INR 87.73 per square foot - alongside an INR 25 crore security deposit. The agreement features a 14 per cent rental escalation every three years and an optional five-year renewal.
