The company yet again has teased the forthcoming flagship smartphone that confirms that OnePlus 6T will feature in-display fingerprint sensor, which is believed to be one of the main highlights of the device. Several rumours and market reports also hints that the flagship phone will pack a waterdrop notch instead of conventional notch. Under the hood, the smartphone will pack the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset that is also seen on OnePlus 6. It will be coupled with Adreno 630 GPU and up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of inbuilt storage. To run latest Android Pie OS, the OnePlus 6T will be backed by a slightly bigger battery, which is likely to be 3700 mAh battery. The company has also confirmed that it will be ditching the 3.5mm headphone jack in the smartphone. As far as the prices are concerned, the new OnePlus 6T is expected to be priced slightly premium than the predecessor. Some reports also hints that OnePlus 6 will be priced as same as that of OnePlus 6 for the corresponding variants. The company is expected to launch the new OnePlus 6T on October 16 on the global front whereas the India launch event is expected to take place on October 17. Expect more details rolling out in the market about the device ahead of its launch.
