Samsung, the South Korean phone maker has officially confirmed that it will be launching Galaxy M30s in India on September 18. However, the electronic major is also planning to add new phones under the its popular Galaxy A-series, which can confirmed from Samsung’s tweets on its official Twitter handle. Though the names are not yet revealed, it is confirmed that the company will be launching two products under the Galaxy A series. It is believed that the two smartphones could be the Galaxy A30s and Galaxy A50s. Both the phones would be an upgraded versions of the Galaxy A30 and A50 respectively with better designs and hardware. Samsung Galaxy A50s To Be Launched in India on September 11.

As a reminder, the Galaxy A50s and Galaxy A30s were revealed globally last month. They bring new designs as well as new colour options, which includes - Prism Crush Black, Prism Crush White, Prism Crush Green and Prism Crush Violet. When these phones were revealed globally, the phone maker didn’t announce their prices. Hence, it is difficult to speculate how it will price these phones in the Indian market. As these are refreshed versions of the Galaxy A30 and A50 phones, these smartphones are likely to be priced in between Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000.

On the specification front, the new Galaxy A50s will sport a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-U display with resolution of 2340X1080 pixels. The phone will be powered by an octa-core Exynos 9610 chipset that will be paired with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal space. The phone will also come with external storage compatibility of up to 512GB via microSD card. The handset will sport a triple rear camera with 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide angle snapper and a 5MP depth sensor. Additionally, the smartphone will also feature an in-display fingerprint scanner and a 4,000mAh battery backup with 15W fast charging. On the other hand, the Galaxy A30s will sport a similar display screen (6.4-inch) as that of Galaxy A50s, but the screen resolution will be lowered to 720pixels. Featuring Super AMOLED Infinity-V display, the Galaxy A30s will also come with an in-display fingerprint sensor. Under the hood, the phone will be powered by an octa-core chipset – Exynos 7904 SoC that will be clubbed with up to 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. For photography, the Galaxy A30s will also get a triple camera module featuring a 25MP primary camera, 5MP depth sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide angle camera. Similar to Galaxy A50s, the new Galaxy A30s will also house a 4000 mAh battery with 15W fast charging technology.
