Xiaomi India launched Redmi Note 7 Pro and Redmi Note 7 smartphones in India last month that are slated to go on sale today at 12 PM IST. The smartphones will be retailed online through Flipkart, Amazon and official Xiaomi stores. As a reminder, the Chinese smartphone maker launched the new Redmi Note 7 Pro and Redmi Note 7 in China on March 18, 2019. The former is priced from Rs 13,999 (4GB + 64GB variant) whereas the latter costs Rs 9,999 for the base variant (3GB + 32GB). Talking about Xiaomi's Redmi Note 7 Pro, the phone features a 6.3-inch full-HD+ display with a dot-notch upfront. Running Android 9 Pie based on MIUI 10 out of the box, the dual-SIM phone also comes with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. Under the skin, there is an octa-core chipset from Qualcomm which is a Snapdragon 675 SoC. The processor is mated up to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of onboard storage options and it comes with expandable memory option up to 256GB via microSD card. For photography, the phone packs a dual rear camera module that includes 48MP primary shooter along with 5MP secondary depth sensing lens. At the front, there is a 13MP camera for selfies and video calling. The rear cameras features AI features such as AI scene detection, AI Portrait 2.0, and a Night mode. It also offers 4K video recording. Featuring fingerprint sensor at the back, the phone is backed by a massive 4000 mAh battery with Quick Charge 4.0 support. Moreover, the connectivity options includes 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C port, and 3.5mm headphone jack.

On the other hand, Redmi Note 7 phone features a 6.3-inch full-HD+ with a waterdrop notch (dot-notch) of with resolution of 1080x2340 pixels and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The phone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC, which is clubbed up to 4GB RAM and up to 64GB internal memory. The onboard memory can be expanded up to 256GB through microSD card. The phone gets dual cameras at the back which features 12MP primary sensor and 2MP secondary sensor. There is a 13MP front-facing camera sensor with AI Portrait mode, AI Beautify (4.0), Face recognition, HDR support, AI scene detection and much more. Backed by 4,000mAh battery with Quick Charge 4, the dual-SIM gets 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, Infrared (IR) blaster, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
