The investigation was launched after her husband, who is also a police officer, reportedly found explicit videos and messages on her phone and submitted them to department officials.
According to an Office of Professional Accountability (OPA) report, former Metro Nashville Police Department officer Lisa Vidrios admitted to meeting Sgt. Stephen Holland at least four times inside Madison Middle School, where she served as a school resource officer, during May 2025.
Husband Reportedly Submitted Videos and Messages
The investigation began after Angel Vidrios, Lisa's husband and a fellow MNPD officer, filed a complaint alleging he had discovered videos, text messages and location data pointing to the affair. Investigators said one video allegedly showed the pair engaged in a s*x act inside Vidrios' office at the school while students were inside the building and staff could reportedly be heard outside the room. Another clip allegedly showed the officers involved in oral s*x inside a police vehicle while on duty.
Text Messages and Location Data Reviewed
The OPA report states that investigators also reviewed text messages discussing meeting locations, including a school parking area and another location near TopGolf. Angel Vidrios reportedly became suspicious after tracking his wife's location through the family's Life360 account.

Officer Resigned After Internal Investigation
Following the allegations, both officers were removed from their assignments and had their police access suspended on May 26, 2025.
The report states that Lisa Vidrios agreed to a pre-investigative settlement involving departmental policy violations, including conduct unbecoming of an officer and failure to devote her full time to duty. She accepted a 30-day suspension before resigning from the department.
Sgt. Stephen Holland, an 18-year veteran of the Metro Nashville Police Department, also became the subject of the internal investigation. The department has not announced the final outcome of disciplinary proceedings against him.
