In Goa and Manipur, the BJP numbers look good, while the Congress party is trailing in both the states. In Goa, the BJP has 19 seats out of the state’s 40 seats. As per a NDTV report, the BJP will form the government with the help of Sudhin Dhavlikar's MGP and Independents. In Manipur, the BJP has 28 seats while the Congress and NPP have 9 each.
