Gandhi can be seen asking the party workers for biscuits to feed the puppy. Many supporters of the party can be seen talking to Gandhi while he pets the furry animal. Later, when Gandhi offers a biscuit to the puppy, the furry animal turns away. As the puppy refuses to eat, Gandhi offers the same biscuit to a supporter speaking to him. One user claimed that Rahul Gandhi disrespected Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma by forcing him to eat biscuits from the same plate as his dog.
