Jaipur (Rajasthan) [India], Dec 1 (ANI): The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) filed a complaint with the Election Commission (EC) on Saturday against the Congress leader Raj Babbar for allegedly making personal derogatory comments against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP president Amit Shah.
The BJP has accused Raj Babbar of violating the Model Code of Conduct for the elections. Babbar while addressing a rally at Udaipur on Friday reportedly said that two people from Gujarat were running a "gang" in Delhi.
The 200-member Rajasthan Assembly is scheduled to go to polls on December 7. The counting of votes will take place on December 11. (ANI)
