New Delhi, May 15 (PTI) It was a hot day in the national capital even as the maximum temperature settled at 38.2 degrees Celsius, two notches below the season's average.

The minimum temperature was recorded at 26.4 degrees Celsius, a notch above the normal, the MeT Department said.

The humidity oscillated between 70 and 39 per cent.

The MeT office has forecast partly cloudy skies for tomorrow.

"The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover at 40 and 25 degrees Celsius respectively," the weatherman said.
