Ltd. on Friday took suo moto cognizance of the incident in Patna where an IAS officer had publicly mocked a schoolgirl Riya Kumari if "she wanted condoms too" when she asked for affordable sanitary napkins at a workshop organized in Bihar and announced that it would provide a year-long supply of sanitary pads to Riya.
