Amritsar (Punjab) [India], October 28 (ANI): The Border Security force (BSF) on Monday launched the search operation where they recovered the Narco-drone and one small plastic bottle containing suspected heroin (Gross weight- 480 Grams) from a farming field adjacent to village- Roranwala Khurd in district Amritsar.
According to BSF, they received the information through intelligence wing regarding the presence a narco-drone in the border area of Amritsar district.
The information regarding the suspected item received at around 03:15 pm on Monday, followed by the detail swift action launched effectively to neutralise drone intrusion in Punjab from across the border.
According to the officials, the recovered item - The plastic bottle was wrapped by a yellow adhesive tape and an improvised ring with an illuminating strip were also found attached to the bottle. The drone found has been identified as China made DJI Mavic 3 Classic. (ANI)
