New Delhi, Apr 23 (PTI) Delhi on Tuesday recorded a minimum temperature of 22.6 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the year.

Humidity was recorded at 46 per cent at 8.30 am.

The weather office has predicted clear skies with strong surface winds during the day.

The maximum temperature is likely to settle around 38 degrees Celsius.
