Imphal, June 22 (PTI) Two militants were arrested from different places in Manipur's Imphal West district, police said today.

A cadre of proscribed militant outfit Kangleipak Communist Party (Lamyanba Khuman group) was arrested by police from Thangal Bazaar in Imphal West district yesterday, said the press release issued by the police.

A member of banned militant outfit People Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak (Progressive group) was arrested by police while conducting a search operation at Singjamei Waikhom Leikai area in Imphal West district yesterday, the release added.
