The upcoming next-generation Bajaj Pulsar 125 has been spotted undisguised at dealership stockyards ahead of its official market debut. The refreshed entry-level commuter motorcycle is scheduled to be launched on August 12, bringing substantial updates to its styling, frame setup, and onboard features.

As per a report by Team-BHP, the leaked models display a striking black and red colour configuration alongside a redesigned headlamp cluster incorporating modern LED elements and signature position lights.

As per a report by CarAndBike, the most notable engineering change is the transition to a brand-new chassis where the engine functions as a stressed member, replacing the older double downtube frame. Furthermore, the traditional twin rear shock absorbers have been dropped in favour of a contemporary monoshock suspension setup.

Design and Styling Updates

While retaining the muscular fuel tank profile characteristic of the Pulsar family, the motorcycle features streamlined side body panels and a trimmer tail section.

Upgrades to the technology suite include a modern colour LCD or digital instrument cluster equipped with smartphone connectivity options. The machine rolls on 17-inch alloy wheels wrapped in MRF tubeless tyres, retaining standard front disc and rear drum braking hardware.

Powertrain and Market Competition

Visual evidence from the dealership arrivals points to a heavily revised single-cylinder engine layout featuring a redesigned crankcase and altered exhaust routing. Complete specifications and final power figures will be disclosed during the official launch event.

Positioned competitively within the domestic commuter market, the new model will challenge rivals such as the TVS Raider 125 and Honda SP125. Pricing is expected to carry a modest premium over the outgoing generation.
