NoBroker is accelerating its integration of artificial intelligence across customer service operations, with its proprietary voice AI platform now managing roughly 35% of all client conversations end-to-end. The proptech platform, which aims to eliminate traditional real-estate intermediaries, has steadily replaced manual tasks such as rental property verification and image collection with automated AI agents.

As per a report by Business Standard, co-founder and chief technology and product officer Akhil Gupta noted that this automation footprint has scaled rapidly since the beginning of the year. The system uses a combination of automatic speech recognition, large language models, and natural-sounding text-to-speech tools trained on a decade of proprietary conversational data to navigate diverse Indian dialects and code-switched phrases. When Layoffs Hit Home: Why Displaced Tech Workers Are Turning to Entrepreneurship?.

Scaling AI Automation and Future Projections

The company plans to significantly increase this capacity over the coming quarters. Leadership estimates that conversational automation will scale to handle between 60 and 70%  of all interactions within the next two quarters, though deployment is being managed carefully to ensure customer satisfaction remains high.

By filtering routine inquiries and automating repetitive operational workflows, the technology allows human agents to focus on complex, high-value discussions. While this operational shift reduces the need for aggressive headcount expansion, it enhances overall conversation quality and productivity across the firm's support ecosystem.

Expanding Commercial Reach and Revenue Targets

Beyond internal deployment, NoBroker's enterprise conversational platform, ConvoZen, has emerged as a distinct commercial revenue vertical. The tool currently serves around 50 major enterprise clients across various sectors, including financial institutions and automotive platforms like HDFC Bank, Maruti Suzuki, Spinny, and Cars24. Tech Layoffs 2026: Oracle, Meta, Microsoft and Major Giants Cut Thousands Amid AI Pivot.

Operating within a multi-billion-dollar global voice AI market, the division currently generates close to USD 2 million annually and targets a scale of USD 10 million by the end of March 2027. This growth trajectory highlights how enterprise conversational software is becoming a critical business driver alongside the core real estate marketplace.
