It is the fourth phase of the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections which is taking place in 72 constituencies across nine states. The voting began today (April 29) morning at 7am and many celebs, personalities from various fields, commoners have stepped out to cast their votes. The Bollywood stars who have exercised their votes have shared pictures on their social media handles and even urged to the ones to cast vote and be a responsible citizen. But actor R Madhavan who is fondly called as Maddy, has taken it to another level. It is a long weekend and there would be many who would want to take a break from the hustle bustle. Many of them have already taken off to exotic locations to enjoy their long weekend and there must be some who must have not cast their votes in this fourth phase of Lok Sabha Elections 2019. And this message from Maddy are to those who stepped out to enjoy their holidays but not exercise their voting rights. While sharing the video on Instagram the actor captioned it, “NO EXCUSES ..
