Despite getting everyone excited with its trailer, Arjun Kapoor's newest release India's Most Wanted has failed to pack a solid punch at the domestic box office. The action thriller released last Friday along with Vivek Oberoi's PM Narendra Modi and got off to a slow start, witnessing a very low occupancy in theatres during the morning shows. Directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, India's Most Wanted showed some growth over the first weekend but it wasn't enough to cover ground as the film collected merely Rs 2.10 crore on the first day. India's Most Wanted Box Office Collection Day 3: Arjun Kapoor Starrer Does Fairly Decent Business in the Opening Weekend, Earns Rs 8.66 Crore

As if that wasn't enough, Arjun starrer saw a sharp dip in its collection on the first Monday and things were pretty the same on Tuesday as well. According to trade portal Boxofficeindia.com, Gupta's directorial venture minted around Rs 90 lakh on day 4 and Rs 75 lakh on day 5. This means the total five-day collection of the film as of now stands at Rs 10.35 crore which is very disappointing.

With Salman Khan's much-awaited film Bharat arriving in cinema halls next Wednesday, it seems India's Most Wanted is going to end its theatrical run pretty soon. In fact, the movie will go out of most theatres after this week itself. India's Most Wanted Box Office Collection Day 2: Arjun Kapoor's Film Witnesses Slight Growth on Saturday, Mints Rs 5.13 Crore

As for Vivek's controversial film PM Narendra Modi which also came out on May 24, well, the biopic has done slightly better business than Arjun starrer at the ticket windows. However, the political drama won't go too far in the box office race.
