Shahid Kapoor's Kabir Singh is still running in theatres and though the film has slowed down at the ticket windows, it has already done its business and has even broken one too many records at the domestic box office. The romantic drama directed Sandeep Reddy Vanga has completed six weeks in cinema halls and has minted a whopping Rs 277.07 crore in India. Besides becoming the biggest Hindi blockbuster of the year and Shahid's biggest solo hit ever, Kabir Singh has registered another milestone. Announcing the film's updated collections, film trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter and wrote, "#KabirSingh slows down in Week 6, but the job is done... Has set new benchmarks for an Adult-certified + non-holiday release film... [Week 6] Fri 35 lacs, Sat 55 lacs, Sun 70 lacs, Mon 28 lacs, Tue 28 lacs, Wed 28 lacs, Thu 27 lacs. Total: ₹ 277.07 cr. A remake of Telugu hit Arjun Reddy, Kabir Singh is jointly produced by Cine1 Studios and T-Series. The movie is also the first one this year to surpass the Rs 350 crore mark at the worldwide box office.
