Kangana Ranaut to Launch Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi Teaser on This Date

While we are waiting for Kangana Ranaut's Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi with bated breath, the makers have now announced that the teaser is expected to launch on Gandhi Jayanti (which is on October 2), with the trailer being targeted for mid-November. Kangana, who has now taken the charge to direct the film, is keen to give it her own touches with help from action director Nick Powell. Kangana and the makers are reshooting the major portions of Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi. The actress is giving more than her 100 percent to finish the shoot before time so that the film releases on the decided date.

Earlier today, we got our hands on a picture from the sets of Manikarnika, where Kangana was spotted in blood while shooting an action sequence for the film. In the picture Kangana is seen listening to the narration and checking the frame as we all know kangana is known for her perfection and wants to give the best shot.

Kangana Ranaut much-awaited period drama Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi has been making headlines for quite a while now. Recently, Kangana's much-awaited period drama was in the news as Sonu Sood, who had been roped in to play the role of Sadashiv Narain Rao in the period drama, walked out of the film owing to the differences with his co-star. Reportedly, the actor has stormed out of Kangana starrer due to her alleged tantrums on the sets.

Helmed by Krish Jagarlamudi, Kangana Ranaut's Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi is slated to release on January 25, 2019. Interestingly, the film is clashing with Hrithik Roshan starrer Super 30. Their clash at the box office makes audience wonder, who will perform better at the ticket windows. The period drama will see Kangana essay the role of a warrior Queen Jhansi; the actress underwent hardcore physical training for the same. Watch this space for further updates.
