Television turned Bollywood actress Mouni Roy, who was last seen in John Abraham's Romeo Akbar Walter, is currently gearing up for her upcoming film Made in China alongside Rajkummar Rao. Yes, you read that right! Mouni has walked out of Nawazuddin Siddiqui starrer Bole Chudiyan. According to a report in a online portal, Mouni felt that there were several discrepancies in the contract and so, she never signed it at all. In a statement to Mumbai Mirror, producer Bhatia said, "We deny any one has been rude to Mouni. There were 25 people in the conference room when she walked in 3 hours late for a a reading. In fact, she has been irresponsible and busy holidaying and attended only one and a half days of reading."

He further added, "We have invested big amount of money and if asking someone if asking someone in a civil manner to be professional and committed to the role is being rude then sorry, we are in the serious business of making movies with high stakes and it’s not a hobby. From the time we have signed her, she has been highly unprofessional and irresponsible."

On the professional front, Mouni Roy, who made her debut with Reema Kagti's Gold opposite Akshay Kumar, will next be seen sharing the screen space with Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor in Brahmastra. The actress, who also has Rajkummar Rao's Made in China, who recently wrapped up her comedy-drama in China and is back in the bay but will soon go on a promotional spree for the same.
