Tanushree Dutta and Nana Patekar's sexual harassment row has taken a legal turn. The actress made allegations of sexual harassment on him on the sets of 2009 film 'Horn Ok Pleassss'. She said that Nana forced the choreographers to put an intimate step in the song. However, Nana denied the allegations saying that she is lying and that he will take a legal action against her. According to the latest media reports, he has sent a legal notice to Tanushree.

"A legal notice has already been sent to her and she will receive it today. The notice that I have sent is a standard one — denying allegations and asking for an apology,” said Nana's lawyer Rajendra Shirodkar as quoted by HT. He also added that a press conference will be held by him one he returns to Mumbai.

He said further, "I can’t say much now. I have absolutely no idea why she (Tanushree) is talking about it now but she may be have some reasons to do it. Nana will come to town (Mumbai) today or tomorrow and address a press conference. Let him come back and talk, that is the best way to know.
