Authorities in Madhya Pradesh's Guna district have launched a formal inquiry after a Class 5 student at a government-run primary school allegedly mixed urine into a water bottle and made his two female classmates drink it. The situation escalated when the school principal reportedly dismissed the victims' complaints, telling them to eat chocolate to get rid of the bad taste.

Incident at the Aron Block School

The incident occurred on Monday, August 17, at a primary school located in the Aron development block of Guna, reports PTI. When the students approached the principal to report the incident, he allegedly behaved dismissively. Guna District Magistrate Kishore Kumar Kanyal stated that the principal told the distressed girls, "If your mouth tastes bad, eat a INR 10 chocolate."

Administrative Investigation and Suspension Notice

Following local reports of the incident, the district administration intervened swiftly. Aron Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Manjusha Khatri dispatched a Tehsildar and the Block Education Officer (BEO) to the school premises to inspect the situation and record statements. The BEO has been directed to submit a comprehensive investigation report within two days.

Public Protests and Police Deployment

On Tuesday, August 18, furious family members and local villagers gathered at the school to protest the incident. Demonstrators raised slogans demanding strict legal and administrative action against both the erring students and the principal, temporarily locking the school campus. As tensions escalated at the site, administrative officials arrived with a heavy police contingent. Authorities successfully pacified the crowd and recorded detailed statements from the victim students, their families, and the accused individuals to ensure a thorough legal process.
