It is always a bliss to watch when a popular on-screen couple joins their hands to work again. The latest example of this is Madhuri Dixit Nene and Sanjay Dutt. Their on-screen, as well as off-screen chemistry, was a rage in the 90s. However, after their alleged real-life break-up, the fans lost the hope to watch them together ever again. To their delight, they will be next seen in Karan Johar made Kalank and have also shot for a scene together.

As reported in Mumbai Mirror, “Sanjay and Madhuri shot a couple of dramatic sequences together over three days with co-stars Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt. While Varun’s portions were wrapped up in two days, Alia was present on the set for a day after which she headed to Bulgaria to resume work with Ranbir Kapoor on Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra.”

Abhishek Varman’s period drama earlier had roped Sridevi in the same role. However, after her untimely demise, the Dhak Dhak girl was roped in by the makers. Sridevi’s daughter and actress Janhvi Kapoor welcomed on social media as well.

Madhuri has a dance performance in this mega movie. The source further added, “Next up, Madhuri is scheduled to shoot her grand mujra song, choreographed by Saroj Khan and Remo D’souza, from September 5 to 7, while Sanjay is yet to wrap up his portions as well. All major scenes will be completed by the month-end.”

Speaking of Sanjay and Madhuri, they have rocked the screen with their performances together in the films like Thaanedaar, Khalnayak and Saajan. It will be surely a treat for the fans to see them reunite after 21 years. The film also stars Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, Sonakshi Sinha and Aditya Roy Kapur.
