Looks like Ranveer Singh's Simmba isn't going to stop ruling the box office anytime soon. After crossing the Rs 200 crore mark at the domestic box office in just 12 days, the Rohit Shetty directorial has now surpassed the Rs 350 crore mark at the worldwide BO in just 15 days. Yes, the cop drama co-starring Sara Ali Khan is minting big money at lightning speed not only in India but globally. Despite garnering a lukewarm response from the critics, the film has impressed the audience big time and specifically Ranveer's solid performance. Simmba Movie Review: Ranveer Singh Roars In This Weak Singham Clone That Trivialises a Serious Crime.

Karan Johar, who is the producer of the film, took to popular microblogging site Twitter a while back and announced the good news. He shared a poster of Simmba which stated the film has crossed Rs 350 crore at the global box office. The poster also mentioned that Simmba is Rohit's 8th consecutive Rs 100 crore film and 3rd Rs 200 crore film which is absolutely terrific.

Coming to Ranveer, while the actor has delivered quite a few blockbusters before like Padmaavat, Bajirao Mastani, Gunday and a few more, Simmba is his first solo superhit film. Since Sara is a newbie, it was Ranveer who was carrying the entire film on his shoulders and going by the box office performance its safe to say that RS has lived up to all the expectations.

As Simmba continues to entertain the crowd all over the world, Singh is now gearing up for his next release titled Gully Boy. The film co-stars the very talented Alia Bhatt and is slated to release next month on February 14. In fact, the trailer of Gully Boy was released a few days back and Ranveer once again impressed everyone with his act. Alia, too, was praised on social media along with his co-star. With such positive response to the trailer and Ranveer currently being at the top of his game, it looks Gully Boy could very well be the first hit of 2019 for Deepika Padukone's hubby.
