Hrithik Roshan's upcoming film is a biographical drama titled Super 30. Helmed by Queen director Vikas Bahl, the film is hitting the big screens on July 12. Last lauded for his stellar blind man act in Sanjay Gupta's Kaabil (2017), Hrithik will now essay the role of an inspiring Bihar-based mathematician, Anand Kumar. Kumar was a commoner who started his educational programme Super 30 where he trains the underprivileged deserving students for IIT. The film faced several delays following the #MeToo controversy for the man in the director's seat. Hrithik Roshan as Anand Kumar is paired alongside Love Sonia fame Mrunal Thakur. The supporting cast of Super 30 includes Virendra Saxena, Nandish Singh, Pankaj Tripathi, Johnny Lever, Aditya Shrivastava, Amit Sadh and Ali Haji.

Story

Super 30 is based on the life of Patna-based mathematician Anand Kumar who runs the famed Super 30 program for IIT aspirants in Patna. He is on a mission to prove the world that now King's son will not become a king but a deserving one will. With this vision, he goes on to train the most genius minds. He starts a training program named 'Super 30' to help 30 IIT aspirants crack the entrance test and make them highly successful professionals.

Budget

The producers of Super 30 has not revealed the official numbers of the film's budget. However, trade sources claim that Super 30's budget to be Rs 40-45 crores including print and advertising cost which means that the film needs to cross the 80 crores mark to be a super hit.

Super 30 would bring Hrithik Roshan back in the box-office race as Latestly predicts the Vikas Bahl's film to gross between Rs 10 to 15 crore in its opening day. It might even cross the Rs 35 crores mark in its first weekend.
