Tanushree Dutta has left everyone startled by letting the world know that Nana Patekar sexually harassed her on the sets of a movie 10 years back. While actors continue to back her and speak in support of the actress, Tanushree's sister Ishita has now opened up too. Speaking to BollywoodLife.com about Tanushree's allegations against Nana Patekar and Vivek Agnihotri, Ishita said, "We are a family and we obviously knew about this as we faced it, whatever happened 10 years back was wrong. There are video footages supporting it. These instances shouldn’t happen. Not because she is an actress, even in general be it a girl or a boy, this should not happen. If it does, people should support (the victims). It’s sad that it happened but it happened." Tanushree Dutta Accuses Nana Patekar of Sexual Harassment: 'Horn Ok Please' AD Shyni Shetty Backs Actress.

"What she is trying to achieve is that she is trying to set an example. If something like this happens, it is not your fault. You should not shy away from it. And speak about it," she added further. Ishita's sister, who is also a part of the industry, also revealed that she has fortunately never had such an experience as her sister's. “I’m in the industry because my sister supported me. She was like if you want to get into this industry then you should. Why should anything stop you from doing what you want to do. Because of her support, I’m in the industry and still working today. I have come across very nice people in the industry. I have been fortunate enough to work with good people. I’ve not come across," she said.
