Avengers: Endgame, which released in India on April 26, has had a brilliant run at the box office so far. The 22nd Marvel film witnessed the biggest opening of this year and then went on to become the highest grossing film of 2019 as well by beating Vicky Kaushal's Uri - The Surgical Strike. Soon after, the superhero flick entered the Rs 300 crore club and left behind Bollywood biggies like Dhoom 3, Sultan and Padmaavat in the box office race. While Endgame is still going rock solid at the ticket windows, the film witnessed a slight dip in its collection on Tuesday. According to BollywoodHungama, the last film in the Avengers series raked in Rs 6 crore on day 12, bringing its total collection to Rs 326.95 crore.

Further, a report in Boxofficeindia.com noted, "The collections on Tuesday were also affected by the IPL match. Also, Karan Johar's much-awaited production venture Student of the Year 2 is also releasing this Friday, May 10. Starring Tiger Shroff in the lead along with newbies Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria, the film is directed by Punit Malhotra has managed to garner good pre-release buzz. While it may not affect Endgame to a large extent, the teen romantic drama would still pose some competition at the box office.
