The show that premiered on July 21, 2019 finally wrapped up on November 3, 2019 with playback singer Rahul Sipligunj walking away with the trophy.. oohh which BTW, was handed to him from the hands of Telugu Industry's legendary actor (some even consider him God) Chiranjeevi. In fact, after Chiranjeevi and Nagarjuna announced him as the winner, Rahul broke down on the stage. Rahul is the voice behind Telugu chartbusters like "Ranga Ranga Rangasthalam", "Vaastu Baagundhi" and "Pedda Puli" among others.

The top 5 contestants of this season were Ali Reza, Sreemukhi, Baba Bhaskar, Rahul Sipligunj and Varun Sandesh, out of which a lot of buzz started doing the rounds that Sreemukhi might with Bigg Boss Telugu 3 but Rahul won the show and Sreemukhi was the first runner-up. It can be recalled that Rahul, was the first contestant to even enter the show's finale.

Rahul's honest and loyal attitude towards his friends was one of the huge pros, which won him a huge audience base. In fact, he also drank 20 glasses of bitter gourd juices for his best friend and connection in the house Punarnavi Bhupalam.
