Taking to Instagram to share their joy with fans, Dhananjaya uploaded a heartwarming family post featuring a custom gold pendant crafted in the shape of the Karnataka map with the name "Ereya" engraved at its center.
Accompanying the images, the actor penned a heartfelt note in Kannada explaining the significance behind their choice of name:
"You were all asking when we would introduce our son and what his name would be. On this auspicious day, we present 'Ereya' a respectful, ancient Kannada word meaning ruler, lord, or master. In historical texts, 'Ereya' was also the childhood name of King Immadi Pulakeshi of the Chalukya dynasty. Carrying this rich, powerful, and traditional heritage, he is the little ruler of our lives, the king of our hearts."
